Since last summer we have been working closely with the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, supporting them with the development of their organisational strategy and brand positioning. This has included workshops with their senior leadership team, a substantial qualitative study amongst their staff, students, alumni and neighbouring colleges. The University is undergoing considerable change and it has been a pleasure to support them and to involve their stakeholders in this process.
