Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience of strategic research, split equally between agency and client-side. She was most recently a Director at Truth Consulting, working across sectors including media, kids and youth, and spanning brand (re)positioning, creative development, ad/concept testing, brand territory development/innovation and service design. She began her career as an academic, followed by roles at Ipsos MORI and TNS, before going client-side and spending 3 years at the COI, working in the education and health sector. This was followed by a role at the BBC as Head of Audiences for Children's & Learning, commissioning and managing numerous projects on creative development, digital and brand positioning.

Kirsty now runs her own corporate coaching business; her combined research and coaching experience enables her to ask the kind of insightful questions throughout a project lifecycle that ensures she uncovers the most interesting perspectives, using the language of the organisation and inspiring participants to take the steps that will make a real difference.
