She specialises in communications across a variety of commercial and public service sectors.

 

One of the first UK qualitative researchers to start working online, she has built a reputation for innovation, creativity, thoroughness and attention to detail.

Alison is experienced and skilled across most qualitative approaches, particularly in the context of online, and her clients include COI (government communications), the BBC, Open University, Department of Education, NHS, Department of Health, Legal Services Commission, Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and commercial companies such as the Lloyds group (Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Clerical Medical, and Scottish Widows), The Share Centre, Transform, and B.E.C.
